Toys for Kids brings joy and stability to homeless and underserved children across the state. The nonprofit runs year-round programs, holiday toy drives, back-to-school supplies, scholarships, lunch-debt relief, hospital teddy bears, and more, partnering with local schools and agencies so kids aren’t forgotten. 

Bridge of Promise is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. They provide inclusive day programs, offering social, recreational, and life skills activities to foster independence and community engagement. Their mission is to create a supportive environment where everyone is valued and empowered to live a fulfilling life.

Special Olympics is a global movement that empowers people with intellectual disabilities through year-round sports training, athletic competition, and inclusive health and leadership programs. Athletes of all ages and ability levels build skills, confidence, and friendships while competing in Olympic-style sports in their communities and beyond. The organization promotes acceptance and inclusion, creating opportunities for athletes and Unified partners to play, lead, and thrive on and off the field.

Essentials First is a youth-founded, BIPOC-led 501(c)(3) that “empowers dignity daily” by expanding equitable access to personal and household hygiene supplies and culturally appropriate food for neighbors facing poverty, homelessness, or displacement. Essential Skills classes that build connection and know-how, a World Food program providing food boxes and gift cards to international/Halal grocers, and a Volume Distribution network that moves bulk hygiene supplies through partner food banks statewide.

El Centro de la Raza (“The Center for People of All Races”) is a Seattle-based nonprofit founded in 1972 that serves as a civil rights hub for Latino/a and multicultural communities across King County. From its Beacon Hill campus—home to Plaza Roberto Maestas and the Centilia Cultural Center—the organization advances equity through 40+ programs including youth education and mentoring, a community food bank, affordable housing, small-business and workforce support, immigration/legal assistance, and services for veterans and seniors, all rooted in building the “Beloved Community.”

Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank is a nonprofit in Issaquah that helps neighbors access healthy groceries, clothing, hygiene items, and case management through a free, dignity-centered market, youth food programs, and “Groceries to Go” home delivery for those who can’t shop in person, serving Issaquah-area zip codes.

Mentors International focuses on lifting individuals and families out of poverty by offering mentoring, business training, and microloans. Their mission is to empower people in developing countries to achieve sustainable self-reliance and economic independence. By combining education with hands-on support, they help communities build long-term prosperity and break the cycle of poverty.

Olympia Union Gospel Mission provides God's help, hope, and healing to those in need. We offer shelter, food, and self-sufficiency programs to overcome poverty and addiction. Our work supports clients, volunteers, donors, and staff in becoming their best while sharing our Christian faith.

The Maple Valley Food Bank & Emergency Services is a vital, community-centered organization dedicated not only to providing nourishing food in a grocery-style setting but also to offering broader support from financial and emergency assistance to educational tools and holiday relief. YWCA Pierce County is a Tacoma-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence and their families across Pierce County. They provide a 24/7 crisis hotline, emergency safe shelter, legal advocacy and representation, counseling and support groups, housing and case management, and prevention education for youth. Bilingual staff and interpreters are present to ensure access for people of all genders and backgrounds. Their goal is to help survivors find safety, stability, and long-term independence.
